Cocaine hidden in the salt jar used to prepare pizzas and dealing on the premises. After the arrest in recent months of the owner of a pizzeria in Giussano now also triggered the closure for the establishment. On Tuesday, Carabinieri notified and enforced the forced closure of the pizzeria for the duration of thirty days following a series of episodes that began at the very end of August, with the arrest for dealing of the owner, a 38-year-old pizza maker with a specific history of narcotics.
The closure
The controls had then continued, and last September 27 there had been a seizure for ideological and material falsity of the pizzeria's staff training certificates: for the owner and a 30-year-old pizza maker, also Egyptian and a convicted narcotics offender, a complaint had been triggered.
And it was precisely the activity of drug dealing “inside the pizzeria” that was deemed by the Armed Forces officers to be a clear indication that the business was “intended as a place of dealing, from the owner's read to other subjects, and for this reason it is considered that the premises constitute a serious and concrete danger to public safety.” Against the pizzeria was issued a provisional suspension order for thirty days of 'business activity as provided for in Article 100 of the TULPS and with the issuance of a decree of the provincial authority of p.s. In the premises will not churn pizzas for at least a month.  On April 5, as specified by the business owner's attorneys, lawyer Federica Liparoti and Giulia Di Molfetta, Ordinance No. 18 of 08/03/2022 issued following conviction No. 788/2021 of 17/03/2021 that became irrevocable on 14/01/2022 was revoked by the municipality of Giussano since the prison sentence is suspended. The prohibition order No. 18 of 08/03/2022 issued by the municipality of Giussano and the consequent obligation to cease the activity located in Giussano - Via Garibaldi 91 was therefore revoked.
