New Procurement Code d.Lgs. 36/2023: Criminal liability of the Project Manager (RUP)

On January 23, 2024, lawyer Federica Liparoti gave a lecture as part of the "ABC RUP" course organized by Just Legal Services - School of Legal Education.
The lecture was dedicated to the criminal liability of the RUP (i.e. Project Manager in the Italian public administrations), analyzing the most common types of offenses (abuse of office, disturbance of freedom of tenders, protection of the freedom of the procedure of choice of contractor) and the analysis of the jurisprudence of the Criminal Cassation in the light of the new Procurement Code (d. Lgs. 36/2023).
